“Don’t hire this company. The service is very poor. First they cancelled the appointment for a fake emergency, when they were told, someone must show up or cancel contract, in an email, the owner showed up after appointment time (video stamped 9:20) not having the equipment to spray the house from outside, saying that he will send someone in a week to do it. He never sent anyone. We provided the traps and the material for him to spray. The attic was part of it, the owner was so heavy to go up on the attic so he stood half way on the ladder throwing out traps around. They called that extra service!! Ended up charging our credit card for a full first visit service and cancelled our contract. When we called them, they said that was a favour!!! What a low, unreliable and unprofessional company. We want our money back, they argue non sense. You just commented on this review with lies. No text or phone calls were received from you. When it was almost 9, we called you and you started giving non sense, that one tech just died and the other just went to the hospital, etc. you charge high price as much as the other brand names terminex and running cheap with no employees. I have videos that he was told when he showed up that an email was just sent to cancel and he insisted to see around the house. I also have video when he said that he would not spray because of him not having the right back bagged equipment that would do the job. That was his judgement. I also have videos him walking around the house without spraying nothing. Also when i wrote the review yesterday you had 4.5 stars, after you saw the review you are now 4.8 stars. It means that you fool the customers and make up your own reviews internally to look good. Bad company with bad business ethics. Who are you fooling? He is a heavy short man, he said that he was short to pull himself and.get up there. You were informed about the attic service at the time of the contract. Your lies make you look even worse.
