“We liked these guys at first. Until recently, when they started showing up unannounced, spraying only the exterior, charging the same price, and leaving a bill. We realized this after the second time they left a note on the door. Completely unacceptable behavior and unprofessional. They have now sent these 2 bills to collections. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful, changing services without notice, then billing for services we did not accept. We never said it was OK to show up unannounced and only do the exterior. I used to recommend you guys. Now I highly Do Not recommend you. Not cool at all guys.”
