“I don't think we will renew our service. We told them we had wasps at the back porch and they came out and said there's not a nest under the porch. They didn't spray for wasps. Well my mother and dog have now both been stung on that porch! We pay them to find and kill the wasps and they won't do it. They blamed our grass for being too tall🙄 ridiculous. So they performed our quarterly service and then left. Please note that you have to ask for extra services if you have wasps and such. They are NOT included in the normal service. We will be asking them to come out AGAIN and they better get rid of the wasps this time. 😤”

“They rope you in with the "it comes with the new house". Then they don't respond to a cancelation email because "she doesn't work here any more" charge for an extra 3 months when you have already replaced them. Not the way to do business. We were just going to try another place to see if we liked them. But now its bye for good.”
