“He got right to work setting the mouse traps both in the basement and main floor. He also took care to spray for spiders, ants and other bugs. He sprayed a hornets nest. He was polite and friendly. Excellent service. I do recommend him for your pest problems. Thank you”

“Don't do the one year agreement. I wanted to wait until the end of my agreement to cancel the subscription. (Even though the technician were all very nice i wasn't too happy with the product, I don't think it worked -still had spiders coming inside the house and bee/wasp nest outside my siding when i used them for a year). My agreement expired on the 10/04 and I got charge for the following month on 10/05 . I called them the same day 10/05 to cancel the services and request a refund since agreement was expired and services were not going to be use anymore. Today 10/07 I received a call from them letting me know cancellation was successful but refund was not possible since my card was already charged. I paid one month service for no service since I cancelled the same day my card was charged. No happy with that. Before this company I had someone else do the pest control i didn't have any bugs inside my house. I'm definitely going back to the other company. No recommended.”

“Michael from Insight was here today, with a couple of colleagues in training. He was patient and kind and explained what services they would perform. The last guy who came was also great. The first visit (the day after I signed up with a nice guy came to the door) was less great because they did not leave any details about services performed. Since then it’s been good.”
