“This review is long-overdue. Bryce was once again the technician for my recent semi-annual, and I cannot praise him enough. He remembers everything about my property from previous visits, answers all my questions, and he patiently addresses my critter concerns-- whether valid or not. I wish I could recall all the names of previous technicians-- they have all been professional, efficient, knowledgable, and patient. Some time ago Daryl was the technician who dealt with a wasp nest. “Called in the morning. A technician came out that afternoon. Was told he'd be there between 2-4 pm. He was there at 2:20 pm. He shook my hand, introduced himself and got right to work with investigating my entire house inside and out, and my shed as well before getting to work. He explained everything he was doing as he was doing it and why he was doing it. This was my first time with a mouse issue and Kevin answered all of my questions, even when I asked repeatedly. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Would give 10 stars if allowed!”

“Technician Ricky A came to my home to inspect and assess the situation. I had been getting yellow jacket wasps inside the living space. My attempt to resolve the issue was unsuccessful, he quickly found a hive that I did not. Followed his recommendation and he treated both areas where the hives had been located. Did a further walk around my home inside and out, and also checked in the attic space as a precaution. Overall great service, Ricky was very professional and personable.
