“We've been customers for several years now and are generally satisfied with the service. The techs over the years have all been decent - they listen to your concerns / adjust treatment accordingly and some have really gone out of their way to help. Unfortunately, a few things prevent the company from being 5 stars in my book, detailed below. Overall this company is good if you ignore their "warranty" and are present for the treatments in person to ensure everything is getting done. - They schedule your service on a random day and if you don't answer the door, they will just treat the outside and call that good for the quarter. There have been a couple of services over the years where they forgot(?) to check/refresh all the rodent bait stations around the house. - They state that if you have issues in between treatments they'll come out free of charge. In my experience, issues usually occur in the last month of the quarter... instead of sending someone to treat and then sending someone again 3-4wks later for the full service, they push you to move your service up. Over time this results in paying for the service more frequently than once a quarter. They will claim it's to not inconvenience you with multiple visits, which just sits wrong with me. My recommendation: either don't offer this guarantee for the third month, or stand by it better.”

“The landlord hired this service when we were not at home on Friday, September 20th b/w 3-6pm. The technician's name was "Luke Simpson". He failed to clean up any of the mice feces or piss, or block a single entry point, he just set some traps and left. A platinum ring was also missing when we arrived at home. High Country Pest Control says because we don't have evidence Luke stole it, nothing we can do. DO NOT USE LUKE SIMPSON, TERRIBLE EMPLOYEE.”
