“Scam scam scam… they keep charging me for services although I made it clear to me I want to cancel… they say no need to be home… That’s because they don’t do any service. I have cameras around my house and I’ve seen no evidence of their presence… I cannot seem to get them to quit harassing me for payment or scheduling new service even though I told them, please cancel me… I guess it’s gonna take a lawyer to get these people to quit harassing me. Please don’t fall into the trap. I unfortunately did one day so disappointing.”

“I am making an amendment to my initial review based on the most recent experience. We had been using Evergreen for the past 2 years and were on a quarterly service schedule with auto-pay. We did not have any issues with the service except for one instance where we requested an interior service for spiders in which we were told it wasn't necessary. The issue we have is that the service stopped abruptly without notice and my account appears to have been deleted. I have also left messages to discuss this matter without a return call. Although the service was acceptable, the communication is not, at least for our expectations. I felt we had a good relationship with Evergreen, but must now look for other service. ‐---‐---------‐‐--‐------------------------------------------------------------ This was our second service with Evergreen and so far have been very pleased. Brinton was very friendly and professional. His service is thorough and efficient. We like the frequency of the service with the added option to request a re-visit or interior treatment whenever necessary.”
