“Found out our downstairs neighbor had a bed bug problem and didn't tell anyone until we found a lone straggler on our wall. Turns out he had been trying to treat the problem himself with local chemicals, which just pushed the bed bugs around and caused an even bigger issue. Enter 303 BB. Jay took our panic from an 11 down to a manageable level until treatment day, which is tomorrow. He has been kind and patient, answering ALL of our questions thoroughly, helping us get prepped and stay informed of what we're dealing with. His initial inspection was also very thorough and we felt like we were getting the best of the best. Very personable and easy to talk to. This is a horrible situation that no person ever wants to go through. If you ARE going through it, though, you won't get better folks than 303. Jay-- I hope you don't take offense when I say that I hope I never have to see you again but it was a definite pleasure to meet and work with you 🙂 I will update post-treatment. Update the day after: Yea...there's no way anything survived that treatment. Frankly, I have a whole new respect for the work these guys do. Getting the equipment in and out looked pretty labor intensive, not to mention the HEAT, good god, even during winter temps it is absolutely incredible, and although they aren't literally sitting inside the whole time, they do still need to do checks and then remove the equipment when it's done. Yet, they were all super professional, polite and still set aside time to ask if we had any questions or concerns. Top notch. THANK YOU!!! And Jay, man, you deserve a long vacation!
