“My family has been using Moxie for decades, so I hired them because from experience, they have been a good service. I appreciate the free re-treatments when a service doesn't work. I've seen a greater number of larger spiders than I've ever seen in my life this year alone, and Dre has been the only one to prevent them from coming back. He is very friendly, respectful and thorough. My main gripe is the 1 year contract I had to sign to get a service at all. My roommates and I signed up out of desperation last year, but we are big DIYers and wanted to figure it out and treat the house on our own. We couldn't just pay for 1 service and be done, we had to sign up for a year of services, which is a shame when most of us are living paycheck to paycheck. I'd say that is the only thing I'd change about this service. Otherwise, everything is great with customer service, satisfaction & communication.”

“You’d have to be out of your mind to use this scam of a company. They talked me into staying with them, after multiple instances of poor customer service, terrible communication, and mediocre extermination. Today I was hung up on several times, and an “account manager” literally refuses to escalate my concerns to an actual supervisor. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle. Pictures show the how poorly they exterminated on their last visit.”
