The previous tenants had this house so infested with roaches that it was scary and snakes love to hang out in our yard, so we called X-Vector and they have given me such peace knowing the roaches are gone and the snakes won’t get into our house. They are so helpful and Sean, our technician that usually comes, is so nice and always on time/early for our appointments. They’re the best!”

“Not worth it. They asked me to leave a 5 star review and I did because an employee asked me to since they would get a bonus since I don’t want to interfere with someone’s financial well being since I don’t know their situation at home. But honestly I regret doing that. I’ve received the services multiple times and it doesn’t help much sure you’ll see roaches with damaged wings and dead after the first treatment but after that they just look normal. I know you see all these five star reviews and think it’s a great business but honestly it’s not. The employees ask you to and make it personal for their bonus. There is more to my one star reviews than that but I have decided not to go into it since it has to do with my personal life and their customer service. But I will say you should decide for yourself. I just want to help someone make an educated decision if they are looking into getting the service. For how much money I paid I feel like I deserved more than a five minute walk through where they are mostly chit chatting with me than spraying. The employees are super friendly but that isn’t what I was paying for. $90 a month my house should be doing great especially with a $185 start up cost. I honestly had high expectations for that price. If you are thinking about getting a service from this company please take into consideration my experience if you can afford to take the chance do it but if you are low income look into other businesses in your area and get a quote and look at the reviews. If a business doesn’t have some bad reviews are their reviews authentic? No especially when you are asked to leave reviews and are reeled in by a someone’s life story… I hope this company does a turn around …”

“Would absolutely recommend X-vector! Locally owned and operated is the way to go! They do a fantastic job keeping up with the several locations for the company I work for. Faith is one of the exterminator's that regularly sprays our locations. She is very friendly, good with communication, does a great job on each site, and is pretty flexible when needing to coordinate times. Eric (owner) is a great guy, very particular when getting down to the root cause of pest problems, and understanding. They are also very discreet. If I could give more stars I would.”
