“Called for hornet nest removal; when they came (a day later than promised) the nest was not completely destroyed nor all hornets killed. After two days I purchased a good product and easily completed the job myself. When I called to complain and asked for the bill to be adjusted, the person(who was the owner) agreed to the void the bill, but then snarled at me, saying I had "wasted enough of their time", complained I didn't call sooner (even though I called two times previously) and again said I'd wasted enough of their time and hung up on me. You decide if this is someone you want to do business with.”
