“Right now I am very disappointed in your service. I called last month for someone to come because you could hardly see the front and side of my house because there were hundreds if not thousands of boxelder bugs on it. Every time we opened a door they flew in the house. I was told that I would get on an emergency service list and someone would come and spray. As usual nobody came as I was promised if any problems arose. So for the last month my home both inside and outside has been completely inundated with bugs. There have been so many that I was actually vacuuming them up with my shop vac to keep them out of the house. “Very disappointed! Similar story to prior review below by another person. Made a confirmed appointment to have Terminix come out in the morning from 8 to 12. Hung around house all day, as they were a no show. Called at least 3 times to check on status. They told us they would call back which they never did. We wasted our entire day. We decided to give our business to another well known national company which came out quickly and addressed our problem per our scheduled appointment.”
