“They 100% got rid of my fleas but mysteriously my 3 cats all died within 3 weeks after they sprayed. But of course I can’t prove it was what they used that killed them. This wasn’t the first time they sprayed but at least it’s gonna be the last. Don’t know if the chemicals worked or the fleas died from starvation but Tri State saved me a bunch of money on cat food and litter. I only recommend them if you are looking for a way to kill the fleas and your cat/ cats.”

“I made an appointment and actually canceled my son's orthopedic appointment because it's the only day they were in my area and could come. I waited literally all day for them to arrive. No call, no show. I have yellow jackets inside my home with 4 kids. They didn't even have the decency to let me know they weren't coming. Apparently they had no signal in my area (not my fault, not my problem). He was already in the area so why not just come over? I called and let her know I would be here. I mentioned I had things to do but she said as long as I was back by 2 it would be fine. I was HERE!!!!! THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!!! Now I have to wait 2-3 weeks. WHAT A SHAME!”
