“Don't waste your money. We hired them to spray for bugs, they sprayed once, checked again a couple of weeks later, and asked them 4 weeks later to do an inspection to make sure the bugs were gone. They told me that they didn't know if they could come out to do an inspection and would call back the next day. After paying them $1200+ for several treatments, you would think this would not be an issue since they have only fully treated the house once. They called back, scheduled an appt, and they never showed. Called to ask them why they never showed, they said they were not doing another inspection. No phone call or any kind of notice that they were not coming out. The house needs to be treated again and have been waiting for the manager to call me back all morning.”
