“This company is wonderful and I can’t recommend them enough! Wes and Alex are both great people, and wonderful to work with! They are prompt with their responses, scheduling, appointments, and have great communication! They truly have integrity in their work and services (which is extremely rare nowadays). I originally used their services for routine insect/pest control, but ended up finding out that they do crawl space encapsulation services as well. Alex witnessed and noticed the issues that I was experiencing with a different crawl space company. There were many issues including the improper installation of many things with the crawl space encapsulation service that was done and caused by a different company. The other company lied about the work they did, the joists they replaced, and much more. The other crawl space company was supposed to have fixed the crawl space encapsulation issues many times, but failed to do because I had already paid them in full (almost $10,000 for a small 900sq ft. house). Alex (the owner of this company and crawl space services) gave me an honest and very fair estimate to repair the issues and concerns caused by a different crawl space company, and even helped me out by temporarily doing what he could to fix the immediate issues at no charge! I am so grateful and truly can’t express how amazing this company and the owners are!”

“We moved into our brand new house and found out quickly we had an uncontrollable amount of ants, like waking up with them in our beds. Like couldn’t set our kiddos car seats down anywhere without ants being in them in minutes 😫 We tried treating ourselves with OTC chemicals and nothing worked. Reached out to The pest detective after my husband thought I was wasting time and money and I can proudly say we were both very surprised! Wes came to spray the very next day after calling to schedule. He explained the type of ants we had and exactly how they planned to treat. Y’all, we are ANT FREE! Being a mom of four is stressful enough much less having pest all in our new home. We know this is common with new builds and didn’t think the first spray would work but it did!!😭 so grateful and extremely thankful!! Don’t try treating yourself and waste more money, just call TPD💯”
