“I met with Adrian Jackson from PestProof today who did my Quarterly Pest Control service. Adrian was pleasant and took the time to explain the service he was going to be doing today. Adrian explained that even though there was snow on the ground because the snow had melted around my house he could still complete the service appointment. He also explained that because of the items that were used it was not necessary to close in my dog but for ease of service I did anyway. Adrian mentioned in conversation that he was also a pet person. After the service was completed Adrian checked back in with me before he departed and the first thing he said to me was that he doublechecked my gate to ensure it was closed. I was going to ask to make sure because I usually double-check anyway just to be safe and because of the snow I didn't want to get my feet wet just to pull on a gate to make sure the latch caught, but before I could even ask I already had the answer I needed. Not that I have ever checked my gates and they not be caught but it takes two seconds to doublecheck and know my dog is secure over wondering or hoping my dog is secure. The fact that I didn't even have to ask or walk in the snow is a double plus in my book. Sigma Service has always been outstanding and with Adrian of PestProof this still holds true.”

“My property was serviced by Sigma Pest Control today and as always Alex Pheister did an excellent job. I had forgotten to close my doggy door but Alex did my shed and front yard and started on my neighbors yard. I got home just before he finished my neighbors house and Alex took the time to explain what he did this service visit. Alex also was able to finish up my neighbors service appointment and then came back to my house to finish the back yard. He also set some snake traps inside my shed and explained to me where they were. It is a little late in the season for snakes but with it being so warm they are still out and Alex treated my shed to catch any that may still be in the shed. and treated around my shed to keep them out. I really appreciate the extra effort. Seems like with the dry summer and so far warm fall that snakes are not only still active but are migrating toward my house rather than away from my house and anything to drive them back to the woods is greatly appreciated. I don't like snakes and really don't like Copperheads so anything to keep them away is a plus in my book. They can have the woods but the shed and yard are mine.”
