“Edited June 29, 2024. Well, it seems the family was having health issues. All good now. Returned my call, apologized, and Sam came out to spray and put me on his monthly route. Sam is a very nice guy, very knowledgable about pests, spider species, moisture percentages, wood rot, moisture barriers, termites, scorpions, and I could go on. He even looked at my crawl space vents. I'm changing my review from one star to six stars. Sam, you're The Man. (Prior review)Never answered the phone. Never returned my calls. “nothing is more infuriating than when you are referred to a company, call them on numerous occassions and they don't bother calling back. Poor business, especially when it's a referral. Will be sure to let the PM know who referred me. If you're too busy, simply call back and say you can't take any more business.”
