“I called RCPC because I knew they were all small business. I work for a large company in the service industry and I just didn’t want the robotic feel of that. I have been fighting carpenter bees myself for three years. The initial call to RCPC was warm and inviting. The gentleman I spoke with was very attentive and courteous as we talked of my issue mixed with casual conversation. The technician arrived in the time frame that was given and even called to verify information before proceeding with his work(as I was not home) He was also very friendly and courteous as we also discussed the issue and had some casual conversation. The work performed was exactly as described on the initial call. Overall I am very satisfied with the entire experience. It didn’t feel as if I was paying for a service. It felt like I had called a friend with an issue and a friend showed up to help. Customer service of this nature is very rare today! I would recommend this company any day and anytime over any other pest control company!”
