We’ve used the company for years for treating the usual bees, hornets & wasps and we know they are true to their word that they come back as soon as you need them too for spraying/knocking down the small nests etc. Last fall we found evidence of a mouse in a our basement and I researched companies for help mice specifically, and EnviroPest came up in my research- specifically Michael’s name was recommended! I called, spoke to a knowledgeable company guy who calmed me down about finding a rodent in my house, and he sent Mike out right away. Mike was super responsive, communicating with me by text & phone as needed to coordinate his arrival. Then he was super professional while in our home and also patient and informative in helping us learn about mice, identify& locate entry points and food/water sources and more. He set traps in many places, told us what to expect and returned as necessary to move them and/or check them and dispose of any mice he found. Mice gone!
