“I would not recommend Predator Termite & Pest Control for termite eradication. On May of 2021, Predator Termite & Pest Control, treated our home for termites by a partial treatment by only drilling 4 holes into our concrete patio & 18 in basement and injecting pesticides. I had to clean and dig out the existing mud tubes in my sill plate. Per their contract, they warrantied their work for an additional 5 year period. The following year we had the re-inspection and paid on 6/08/2022, for the extension of the warranty. The re-inspection fee annually is $35. Since that time, I have not received a phone call or notification regarding our warranty. Consequently, the termites were not eradicated and have been swarming in full force. Upon calling the company and speaking with the owner Nancy, she informed me I did not return my "postcard," therefore, the warranty is now void. Why would I not seek an additional year warranty for $35 ?!?!?!? I have used Predator since they've been in business. But, her response was, "People move all the time, and change their phone number." It is obvious I am not a valued customer, and they are not a company that will stand behind their work or contracts. Predator Termite & Pest Control Co. LLC, failed to adequately perform their duties as set forth in their own Agreement. They failed to honor their Contract by non- performance and partial breach of contract, resulting in the significant return of the infestation causing additional hardships and damages. Their Applicator is also not certified per Dept of Ag., and I feel they are not qualified for termite eradication causing a widespread damaging problem. SEEK A DIFFERENT COMPANY...”
