“This was previously a 5 star review but I have edited it to a 1. It took several weeks to rid our house of a mice problem caused by the previous owners. I was willing to still give a 5 star review because they were very diligent about this issue. However, the lawn service has been nothing short of disappointing. They did not come off as knowledgeable in this area at all. Our problems got worse and when we planted grass seed and fertilized ourselves the lawn looked great..... Until they came and sprayed again. At which point the weeds got stronger and the grass died. Icing on the cake...when my wife expressed concerns to the person who was assigned to address them, he laughed at her complaints. Canceling all services today.”

“The excuse we were told was that it would get worse before it got better. Well it's still not better...Our giant yard was being treated with a tip sprayer in about less than 10 minutes.... new weeds continue to grow and what good grass we have dying despite consistent rain/ watering. I have to assume there is no pre-emergent and fertilizer actually being used at this rate and a sub par weed killer. After a trip made by Jared, he didn't know the most prominent weed in our yard and neither did the tech so I had no faith from there that they could treat the weeds effectively. After trying to get reimbursed, I was told by Jared that they couldn't because too much money had been spent on the yard.... I'm sorry I thought I was the one with the bill? Very disappointed from once a loyal pest control customer. I will now be cancelling that as well.”
