“Service is fine, but cancelling service is a nightmare and customer service is awful. They will not respond to your emails or texts. Want to call instead? Prepare to wait on hold for 20+ minutes to talk to someone if you need to cancel or reschedule. We’ve now cancelled 3x and are still getting billed. I do not recommend.”
