“Excellent service! He called me on Monday morning, set up an appointment for later that day, come out to inspect and install bait stations for termites the very next morning! He was finished in less than 2 hours. He is friendly, personable, and seems like a trustworthy guy. He also has great prices compared to two other companies that quoted me. Also, one of the other companies said they'd call me back within 48 hours and they didn't. It's been more than a week now and they still haven't called me back. I guess they didn't want my business, but it's okay because I got a better company to come out! Thank goodness the other guys didn't call me back. It's hard to find good service and trustworthy companies these days, so it's so nice to know I've found one. I'll update in a few months to let you know how the bait stations are working. Update: It's been a year now since my review and I want to say this guy is still the best. The bait stations are working. I was under the house and saw some mud tubes, which I wasn't sure if they were active, so I called Pest Assured and he came out to inspect the next day. I went with him to show him what I saw and he explained what they'd look like if they were active. He scraped them and saw there was no activity. Now I know what to look for so I can rest assured with Pest Assured. Sorry. I had to do it. It's a great name! ?”
