“Recently bought a house and these guys were the inspectors before I closed. They inspected the property for termites. Within about two weeks of moving in I had termites all over the kitchen and bathroom of the house. I called Perdue and left a voicemail for someone to call me back and never heard anything. I hired orkin to come out and take care of the termite situation and they said it had been ongoing for atleast a year and could see signs of entry to the house. If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Cost me $5000 after I closed on the house for damage and to remove them. Thanks for nothing, I wouldn’t trust y’all to watch paint dry UPDATE: 3 years later no response still thanks for nothing added some pictures to help if anybody else decides to use y’all, good luck.”
