“My home has had a termite bond with them for about 6 years. I believe the company must have changed hands at some point because their efficiency definitely changed between when I had the first big spray & the second (which determined whether or not I would continue to be a customer.) At first, they were very quick to get here to treat the house & get me to sign the contract in a polite way. This last time, nobody returned my calls (which means nobody was answering their phone), so I had to call repeatedly until I finally got someone. I was told I would get a call back to schedule the spray, but once again, I had to keep calling. It was like they didn't really care if they retained my business or not. When the salesman came out (I was expecting this person to spray, not just get me to sign the contract), he was pleasant, informed me they had a new 10 year product, & told me someone else would be out to spray. Several weeks passed before this happened, & I don't think he drilled into the concrete floor of the porch like the first time. While I plan to stick with them anyway, I don't think I can recommend them to anyone else.”
