“Highly recommend! The technicians are very knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and the office is very responsive! One time we had an insect that we'd never seen and the technician asked me to send him a photo of the bug. He identified it immediately and came out the very next day to deal with it. He knew all about it, it's breeding, etc. VERY IMPRESSED! Throughout the year, we almost never see any bugs or critters in our house, and we live in the woods. We do have the occasional mouse when the weather turns cooler, but Parks has set us up with bait boxes so those mouse visits are minimal. (Note: the weird but was an oriental roach, rode in on a package sent to me from my sister who had been living in Japan at the time.). No further issues, just a one and done visit from this bug.”
