“Totally unhappy since the business changed hands. Cancelled our quarterly service due to increase in insect activity and company refusal to address the fact some type of wasps are taking residence in our windows within a week of our service. The acute increase of bugs in the vicinity makes me wonder if they’re watering their products down or what. Either way, we’re happy we moved on.”

“Now I'm really mad. This is now the 2nd problem I've had with the new company. They came out today for my quarterly service (no text or call 30 mins prior). Pouring rain here (all day schedules to be a flood watch). NC PEST control (old company) used to never come if it was due to rain since the material does not "stick" to the surfaces. Due for my quarterly service and I have a camera. Guy shows up from 11:56 am to 12:01 pm and pretends to spray (didn't spray a thing). He used a long pole with mop on top to "take down spider webs". Garage wasn't treated as it was in the past. No receipt or item left on my door letting me know the services being performed. What in the world is wrong with this new company? It's awful and I'm about to cancel today if I don't hear back from a supervisor.”
