“Moxie techs took care of a huge carpenter ant colony in the back of my warehouse. It took several visits but only because it needed it. Every tech was knowledgeable and knew what needed to be done. Also, I looked at the pictures the other guy attached and said the moxie tech didn’t bother treating. If you zoom in you can see the treatment powder that the tech put over top and around both ant hills. I was not familiar with that type of treatment but the same colored powder was everywhere after my moxie techs left so I came to understand that’s what it should look like after they leave. The moxie tech treated his ant hills regardless of what he said. I can clearly see that in his pictures. Not sure about the bait trap issue and not having him open the garage door. Maybe it’s because he’s human and just forgot. All you have to do is call and wait for another tech to come out FOR FREE to replace the traps. Simple human error. Can’t please everyone though. THANKS MOXIE!!”
