“While they have the knowledge to clear up your issues, their customer service is poor. I was told I would get a call before each month’s visit. Along with never calling, this month they didn’t even knock on my door when they arrived (it was an outside issue). I would have just canceled and not left a review, but when I just called in, I got the same hassling you get from big companies when you call into cancel. I shouldn’t have to have to repeatedly say, please cancel my service.”
