“I’ve had a frustrating experience with Mitchell Pest Services due to their billing practices. Despite telling a representative I would pay online, they continued to charge my card automatically without consent. While their services may be fine, this disregard for customer payment preferences has been disappointing. The owner hasn’t taken accountability or demonstrated good customer service to the disregard of payment preferences. On the phone she said it was fine to pay online using the link on the invoice yet continued to charge my card. Luckily I was able to block the charge from going through. It’s standard business practice to allow net 30 payment terms. If your company is experiencing cash flow shortages stop putting the pressure on your clients to pay 2 days after sending the invoice!”
