“They would not give a quote for a residential property for german roaches. Over the phone Arrow Exterminators quoted $250 initial $75 a month. Volunteer Rid A Pest $210 initial $110 a month. Bulwark $249 initial $70 a month. I worked in pest control over 22 years until I left last year. A company should be able to quote it over the phone. Things like termites and bedbugs would require an inspection first. It does not matter that the inspection Massey would have done is free. I dont have time to meet for something that can be quoted over the phone. I doubt this review will encourage them to change this, but 1 star is what you are worth in this situation.”
