“Came out for a follow up & said they needed to upcharge me for my additional buildings & when I asked why they never mentioned this for the last 2 years they acted like they did me a favor. I would be willing to pay for additional add ons, but not out of the blue. It’s not my fault the employees didn’t add them until now. The kid said “I’m the owners son so the answer isn’t gonna change when they call you back” anyone that has to throw out who they are is a no in my book. Pretty disappointing as their other employees are always super kind & professional! They said I would now need to pay $155 every quarter instead of $95. I asked if tocuhups would be free & they said yes as long as it’s in a reasonable time frame. So I asked why this visit isn’t free because it’s a touch up? & he just kept going rounds with me because “I didn’t get charged add on pricing last time” which isn’t my fault, that’s an employee problem not mine. This hadn’t ever been discussed & not like I’m lying how many building I have on my land lol. Don’t recommend! We switched to xterminators out of belton & they’re $100 quarterly for all my buildings. Highly recommend!?”
