“Called and got a decent recording to leave a voicemail and someone would get back with me, this was early in the morning. Because of the nice voicemail, I figured someone would definitely get back to me. Nope, no one got back to me (I waited all day and gave them a FAIR chance). I went to their contact page and filled it in, no one contacted me after filling in their contact page. This is two strikes, I am finished. This company is as bad as the other two exterminating companies that never got back to me either. Probably a good thing, as one of the reviews on Google talks about Lady Bug punctuality being an issue where over a span of 6 months, Lady Bug had cancelled/rescheduled their scheduled spray 3 times. Holy Moly !!! But, hey I was willing to give them a shot and hear what they had to say. Hopefully Lisa Miller looks at their reviews, and addresses these shortcomings. But it really doesn’t matter. Their loss, my gain. Good luck.”

“Best price I found for Eco Friendly / Organic Pest Control. Way lower price than the door to door knocking companies but uses the exact products and better products. Been using them for my Gilbert home for years. Bugs are dead! Pocket book doesn’t get killed. Small family company.”
