“I do not recommend this company to anyone. They are not good professionals, have no respect for the customer. They charged undue amounts from our accounts and do not even provide the service. That's right, they take the money from our account and do not schedule or provide the services! Also, they are not clear when you are hiring the services, they say that you can cancel the contract at any time without any cost and after numerous problems with this company, they want to charge us a cancellation fee. When I noticed that the payment had been taken from my account for a service that was not provided and was not scheduled, I quickly called the company and they promised me that the manager would call me back and that never happened. There were several attempts to resolve this and it was never successful. How can they say that they provided a service and never came to our house? Our house has cameras and we can prove that no one has ever set foot here for this service that was charged. Once again, I do not recommend this company!”
