“We had an issue with ground nesting bees in our backyard. I called the business on a Saturday and spoke with Tina, who reassured me they would take care of it and that Gary would come that same day- which was great. I showed him the holes, one of which he said was for "ground nesting" bees and the other for "cicada killer wasps". He used several different techniques to exterminate them (one including a long tool that goes into the hole directly), and gave a verbal 6 month guarantee. Before he left we walked over to the holes and for the first time in months there were zero bees flying around the area. It's been less than a week but still nothing! So happy!”
