“Just had a rep come to my home for service unannounced. No phone call, no email, no text. Called customer service and told the CSR what happened and she sounded like she couldn't care less. No apology on behalf of the company. Nothing. . I'm not knocking the pest control tech because he's great but whomever is in charge of letting customers know about their service appts is slacking.”
