“This company does not value their workers. Not only do the workers get seriously underpaid after being promised a salary over $40,000, but they expect their workers to bend over backwards for barely $22,000 a year. This company also does not use the right amount of chemical necessary to protect peoples homes or businesses. Also to add to that a customer complained that a technician (that still works there) sprayed her dog in the face with chemical.”

“DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Worst experience I've ever had with a pest control business. This company did a termite inspection prior to us buying a house. They reported that there was no active infestation and no signs of previous damage. We ended up finding extensive damage in three different rooms, a large portion of our 1200 sqft home. When we contacted this company about their negligence they were very unhelpful and lied to us about the legality of our contract and what they were responsible for. They tried to convince us that they weren't responsible, but a lawyer will tell you that these are just lies told by businesses like this to avoid taking responsibility. After threatening to contact a lawyer (as you should, Termite Tom in Tuscaloosa/Birmingham will help you!!) they finally agreed to take responsibility for their mistakes, but they did the absolute bare minimum and fought us about it. The work they contracted out was not everything they had promised us, didn't get finished, and the quality leaves a lot to be desired. Avoid this company at all costs and if you have a similar experience just let your lawyer handle it. We learned our lesson the hard way.”
