“Ever since Home Paramount took over from Grant Exterminating, we have had NOTHING BUT ISSUES with the scheduling and administration of our account. No one reads the notes in our file prior to dispatching technicians. Every quarter we have experienced some type of issue. This quarter, we managed to get the scheduling correct, however, the technician called to cancel almost 2 hours after the 12-2PM appointment window to tell us they would not be showing up because it was raining. This was after my husband cleaned and prepped the garage, sun porch, and storage buidling for treatment. And this was the same day we knew we would be getting 2+ inches of rain due to the tropical storm. Why weren't we contacted the day prior or that morning??? They are awful and we are looking for another pest control provider.”

“The technician was hired to remove a hornets' nest on 8/16/24. During the process, he broke the exterior vent where the nest was located. Technician informed me that his manager would reach out to me regarding the issue, and that the company will come out and replace the broken vent on 8/20/24. No one came, so I reached out to the technician again and he told me that they would do the repair on 8/23/24 instead. I called the company last week, and they asked me to send them an email regarding the issue, which I did on 8/30/24 in the morning. So far, I haven't heard back at all. I am very disappointed with the service and the management for the lack of communication and responsibility.”

“We just paid for our annual termite treatment. I received a call scheduling the service for 8/20/24. On 8/21/24 I received a termite inspection report, but I was home during the time they were to come and no one showed. There was also no activity on our ring camera and none of the in-ground stations had been disturbed. I called the home office who told me that none of the bait stations had been scanned so they knew the technician did not come. This technician also wrote down that he was at our home for 4 hours and the home office said there was no way it would take 4 hours. Not only is this company unreliable, but now they are also dishonest. I would never recommend them to anyone!”
