“Worst company in Gloucester County! Beware - they seem knowledgeable and reputable, but I had a terrible experience. I paid $398 for two treatments. The first treatment wasn’t as promised and when he showed for the second treatment, he forgot a part. Left several messages and wrote to them and didn’t even get the courtesy of a return call. If you decide to use them, don’t pay by check like I did, use a credit card so that you can dispute it if they fail to perform as promised. Shameful.”

The ladies in the office are so sweet, and caring . I had Heidi as my customer service representative . She was so nice and helpful. She understands and has compassion for people who have phobias with spiders. She reassured me the problem would be rectified quickly. I had a great experience with the exterminator Mike C who came out to exterminate . He is extremely knowledgeable and professional as well . He went above and beyond to answer questions and provide advice as well. In this day and age , it is so refreshing dealing with people who are not only professional but well mannered too.”
