“Everything was going well after the initial two times they came out. However I have called the company several times telling them, I have a wasp nest that is getting larger by the week. They have not came out nor have they returned my calls. This has been going on for two months. Now they have charged me, and has not returned to even uphold their two-month scheduled appointment. This was after I already left them a voicemail asking them if they cannot come out to just cancel my contract with them. Now I will have to call my bank and figure out how to cancel this transaction because obviously they do not return customers’ calls, or try to uphold their promise.”
