“Was recommended by someone to try them and the initial setup was good. My first review was 5 stars.I paid in full for the year and it’s not 100% satisfaction. I am not happy with the service. I know it wont eliminate the problem 100% but a response saying (well we don’t treat dog bowls) was really rude. I know that. I was basically trying to see what the point is of spraying if I can’t have my dogs food sit for a few hours till he eats it. He’s old. We aren’t messy people. I was told just don’t leave crumbs and leave the dog food out to avoid ants. Yes, I get that, but what exactly is the spray helping? What am I paying for? I have young kids so if they drop a crumband I don’t notice it right away to sweep it up right then and there I have ants. You basically stated that’s what I need to do. Anyways, she was knowledgeable and friendly for the most part and I was friendly even after the snarky dog bowl comment. I feel like they got my money upfront, so no reason to really do anything else on their end. I no longer recommend.”
