“For those who are happy with the Greenix service, good for you. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case for us. The technicians usually did not showed up on the appointed date, and when no one showed up, the company never followed up. Each time, we had to call and ask what was going on. However, if it was only that, I’d cancel the service but probably wouldn’t leave a review. And even if I felt like leaving a review, it would have been 3 stars. But now I am leaving a 1 star because the process of cancellation was ridiculous. Yes, I understand that those who are receiving calls are often required to “defend” against customers who are trying to cancel. I’ve worked on phone before. I’ve been in their shoes. But there should be a line. Despite I made my intention crystal clear, multiple times, that I have made up my mind to cancel and that I do not want to drag the call, the representative continued to offer lower and lower price, instead of going ahead with the cancellation. I was paying $99 a months. The offered price came down to somewhere close to $30 (which also makes me wonder why I was paying $99 to begin with). And frankly, I think it was a ridiculous waste of my time, the representative’s time, and another customer’s (who probably was also going through 40 min of hold just to reach someone who can help them) time. I do not appreciate businesses that try to make cancellation unnecessarily difficult, so there goes my 1 star. I am not returning to Greenix, ever, for I now know I’ll be forced to waste my time if I ever have a need for cancellation again.”
