“DON’T USE THIS COMPANY EVER! Called them at 6AM on Sunday, expecting to leave a message for them. The guy called back and explained my situation, which he said was emergent, especially because I have a baby at home. He said he would come out that day. He said to call him back at 10AM, and he could tell me exactly what time he could come out. I called at 10AM, said he was seeing what time he’s get done with his other jobs and he would call me in a couple more hours. 3:30PM rolls around and he says he can’t make it today, but will be at my house between 9-9:30AM Monday. I tried calling twice and texting at 9:15AM Monday to ask his ETA, no response. 9:45AM, my mom calls and he said he would be there by 10:30AM. He calls me at 10:20AM saying he’s almost there. I text at 10:45AM, asking if he’s almost there because I need to go back to work. No response. I call, no response. I call again at 11AM. No response. Called at 11AM, no response. I’m a single mom, so taking this time off work for this guy not call costed me money I don’t really have.”
