“Terrible company like most local exterminators. Go with a bigger company. They gave me a HUGE headache about needing permission from landlord to spray our home. Then, after not receiving a call back from Rhonda, and politely informing her that this caused a major inconvenience, she decided instead of apologizing to hang up on me and continued to hang up whenever I tried back. Who needs that kind of treatment? Thankfully because of that, we went with Terminix, which is a much cheaper company, more knowledgeable, and come out much sooner (Fitton had us waiting over 2 weeks for a brown recluse infestation whereas Terminix had a 2 day wait).”
