I paid over $1200 for initial assessment and then actual spraying for termites a year later I am contacted that I am up for maintenance, I asked how much would it be because from what I understood from the original agreement was that any future maintenance would be at a discounted price? Well, I was quoted a price of 250 for the annual maintenance. The gentleman came by walked around for about 15 minutes , and He asked me to pay him And as I handed him my car to that, you can go ahead and spray I will be working, so don’t mind me He said OK and later on in the day, I viewed the security camera and noticed that he had left and did no sprain around the house so I call him and he was hesitant and said let me call My Office. I was very angry so I called the office and spoke to Lenny and he advised me twice that he would speak to the owner. Owner never called me back, so I called again and I was told she was in a meeting so to me that means she doesn’t care to take care of the issue. I learned from speaking to Lenny that the maintenance was only for an inspection when I clearly said that they needed to spray again. I never agreed to just an inspection for $270, that is crazy.
