“I began service with EnSec on 5/9/2024 because I am getting older (70) and could use assistance with my lawn maintenance. My 1st application was 15 May. On 22 May I contacted Andy May (my salesman) informing him that I saw no evidence of the weeds discoloration or other signs of being controlled. He said I needed to wait and then call the main office since he is just the salesman. The weeds never died. I waited for the next treatment in July only to watch the weeds increase in my yard. I received a third treatment 3 weeks ago and have still never seen any discoloration to the weeds in my yard and it now has more weeds in it than it has "ever" had since I bought the house new 5 years ago. My subdivision (Sunrise in Perdido) has a community Facebook page and one of my neighbors that use EnSec were complaining about weeds in their yard. Others chimed in with the same complaint. The overwhelming response was to switch over to "Father and Son" lawn service because they had no weeds in their yards. I can easily control the weeds in my yard as I had the previous 5 yrs, but that is what I am paying you a significant amount to do. Please have Jason come back out and properly treat for weeds and/or if EnSec cannot control the weeds, let me know how to terminate your service. Please forgive my frustration and thank you.”
