“My review is solely focused on customer service - we have not yet gone far along in the service to know the quality of the service. Anyway, the LOCAL customer service for EcoShield is very helpful and excellent - I specifically spoke with an individual named Adam today, who was fantastic. My advice to anyone looking at EcoShield or with the service is try and work directly with the local office. The national/800 customer service number was atrocious, but luckily Adam came to the rescue.”
