“DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE! The only thing this company has on their side is the person who gave us the estimate. We scheduled our appointment for a Wed. Gave me a time of 10-11 am. 8 am get a call saying they are in my area, could they come now. I explained I still had to get things out of my house and was being picked up @ 11 am. They told me they'd work around me so I agreed. When I opened the gate I asked them to start on the opposite side of my terrace so I could move things out to the front without disturbing them. I started moving things to the terrace, & I see the tent drop right in front of the terrace. In my stress to get out of the way I quickly started moving things to the front driveway. Of course I forgot stuff I had left inside the house and forgot my luggage on the terrace. After standing by my driveway for a while I realized I didn't have my luggage, so a worker got it for me, but of course everything else I left behind I had to purchase. They scheduled my key pick up on Friday, all went fine with that. Today, Monday I finally got to my son's guest house & when I look out the window I see two piles of sand. Called the company, asked me to send pics, call me back to tell me that the workers had found cat poop on the roof, and it was "unsanitary" for them to work without covering it. Apparently they were dinosaur size cat poop 'cause the piles are huge. Asked the young lady if they were coming back to remove the sand. She tells me no, it would be unsanitary for them to do it. I asked WHY no one had called me to inform me what happened so I could make arrangements to have it removed as soon as the house was released to me, she didn't know, I asked her WHY they thought it OK to leave the "unsanitary" sand on my roof, have the wind & rain blow it into my pool, contaminating the water & sending the sand to the bottom of the pool? (cleaned pool 1 day before tenting). She said owner won't pay for vacuuming . Not professional at all. Won't recommend to anyone!”

“DO NOT DO BUSINESS. BEAWARE!!! I tented my house 8 years ago with this company, their service covered me for 6 years, so when it came to re-tent my house, I called them again. Last July, I tented my home with darnquick, and my house is FULL of termites just 10 months later. I called them, and after 5 days of not a call back, I called them today and begged for someone to come as soon as possible and honor the warranty. I was first told I was out of warranty (without them checking my file), then I mentioned the termites are eating my walls and a new purchased Italian closet (from a store), and without coming to my house or checking, they are trying to get out of re-treating my home and giving me service. I spoke to an agent with no patience, then I asked for the owner, and instead speaking to the owner, I was passed on to an office manager, who proceeded to screamed at me without letting me get a word in, repeating over and over again my closet, without knowing details, all preparing me for them not having to give me service "because I voided my warranty" due to my new closet. I am a small business owner, and when a customer has a problem, especially if it is re-checking our work, I take it very seriously and give it priority and take time to speak to my customer directly. CUSTOMERS PAY THE BILLS, AND REPUTATION IS IMPORTANT. This is NOT THE kind of SERVICE YOU will GET WITH DARNQUICK. Now after 10 months of tenting my home for termites, I have to find a new company and tent my home again and pay again.”
