“I was home when the tech checked my termite bait stations around my house. He did not go into my house to check the bathroom traps but stated on the report that he inspected them. That is dishonest. The same issue happened last year and I had to call them to come back! For over $300 a visit, I want to get a full inspection, not a partial one and a false report!”

“Just built my home, which DA provided the new construction termite treatment (pre and post construction treatment) on 10/11/22 and 9/22/23, consecutively. Moved in in July 2023. They sent me a contract renewal bill for $185 due 10/11/23. I forgot about it, until May, when I called to see if I could still renew I was told I would need to have a new inspection, re-treatment and a new contract. The inspection found no termites (DUH!) and the Quote was for $1200 for re-treatment and $237 yearly after that! RIDICULOUS! I mean their last treatment on my home was done ONE MONTH before the contract expiration date! No morals or loyalty to customers. Greedy company! 0/10- DO NOT RECOMMEND!”
