“My review is based solely on the phone conversation that I just had with customer service rep, April. When a customer is in the middle of a sentence, it is rude to interrupt that person. It was not as though I was rambling on for five minutes. After saying hello to April, I had just begun explaining what I needed when she rudely interrupted me and asked for my service address. The only reason I did not hang up and call another company is because my last service experience with Clint Miller was an excellent experience. However, if this is the person who is going to represent the company as the first point of contact, I may look elsewhere next time. I made the appointment, but the more I think about it, I am seriously considering cancelling it. Your office may want to offer customer service training to April. ***After reading the other negative comments about rude interactions with office staff, I decided to cancel my appointment and save myself the aggravation of future conversations with them. I will be seeking services from another pest control company in our area.”
